EVERY ONE of your customers has or knows a pet that needs a treat! We offer high quality products to fulfill that need. Our treats are good for a store with a whole pet section but are also a great fit for the impulse purchaser.
Are your cookies considered expensive?
We aim to make our pricing as competitive as possible while maintaining the high level of quality we’ve become known for. Cheaper treats are obviously available, but they also come with substantial drawbacks.
How do you support your local community?
We are proud to employ adults with challenges through the Center of Hope. Your purchase also helps support this group. These folks package, label and ship our orders. It’s win – win. Your pet gets great treats, and your purchase helps some people who need a bit of extra support.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our shelf life is 1 year from shipping from our workshop.
What are your most popular products?
Our best sellers are large shaped cookies (PB Bear is #1), Mixed Nibbles, and Freeze-Dried Tiny Treats.
What else do you offer besides treats?
We can supply your entire pet section. We offer nonconsumable products with something special or unique about each one. Leashes, collar bells, shampoo bars, toys for both dogs and cats, paw balm, poop bags all made in the USA are available.
How quickly do you ship?
We are very quick with our turn around time. We usually ship within one business day once an order is received. We also always let you know when we will ship so you can plan your order timing better.
Do you guarantee your products?
100% satisfaction is our goal. If you have any questions or problems, we are here to remedy them.
Do you offer free shipping?
We cannot currently offer free shipping but do cap the cost of shipping with an order of $850.00 or more.
